We've heard our clients loud and clear. Tired of missing out on available appointments slots or unable to book in advance?! Due to high demand in services we've made accommodations to assist those who are serious and eager to began their journey. Follow the steps listed below... Schedule the first date available on the calendar. Our staff will reach out within 24 hrs to secure your exact appointment date/time. Please make sure all of your information is entered correctly into the site. *Menstrual Cycle (Do not schedule around this time of the month) *Diabetes (uncontrolled-Client encouraged to speak with for MD approval) *HIV *Pregnancy/Breat Feeding *Kidney/Dialysis (If client was a donor please consult MD) *Flu/Fever/Draining Sinus *Open Wounds *Sunburn and MORE Quazy Curves requires NEW mask worn at all times during appointments. The mask can only be issued by Quazy Curves. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation. Communication is always KEY. "Fit Me" In Quazy Hours: (Wed-Sat) Before 9:00 am or After 3:30 pm (Fee Applies) (Sunday) Before 9:00 am or After 2:00 pm (Fee Applies) (Mon & Tues) 10:00 am-12:00 pm (Fee Applies)
Cancellation Policy
Please contact staff via email if any adjustments are needed within 48 hours of booking. Click the link at the bottom of our website's homepage to complete a consent form. An additional consent form will be emailed to clients scheduled for Lemon Bottle Infusions. Quazy Curves provides services to adults (18+). Everyone is required to be accountable for adhering to our policies. No Kids-No Recording-No Extra Guest Remaining balances are due upon receipt of invoice or at the latest 24 hours prior to appointment time. NO EXCEPTIONS! Clients are encouraged to create an account under the "Members Login" option via website. This provides immediate access to scheduled appointments, orders placed etc. Keep in mind treatments are an investment into your overall well-being. Don't cheat yourself out of getting the best results. A balanced diet, cardio, full body toning workouts, a balanced diet and increased water intake are mandatory in achieving and maintaining results. Staff will do their part during every session. It's up to each client to follow through with lifestyle changes. All deposits/retainers are non-refundable. Please be on time as all clients are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time. Being late is disrespectful to our staff and clients. We understand things happen, it's helpful to communicate with staff in advance. Arriving late will unfortunately result in cancellation or deduction in time of treatment. Policy Updates: Full balance must be paid at the time of reschedule request. (1) $50 Reschedule fee per package. Additional request require a new deposit/retainer. Complimentary or Discounted services are no longer eligible for rescheduling. Plus size fee may apply to certain treatments due to additional time and supplies needed. Please reschedule if you display any symptoms of being sick. Even if it's sinus related, no exceptions will be made. If a client fails to do so the appointment will be canceled. All payments will be lost and used to cover the secured slot. If asked to leave due to being disruptive all payments/retainers will be forfeited. All remaining sessions will be lost as well.
